Ability to work collaboratively with faculty and students. Master’s degree in Nursing (M.Sc Nursing) or related field (preferred). Prior college-level teaching experience is an advantage.

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Nursing Lecturer at Sufiya College, Nagaur (Rajasthan).
The Nursing Lecturer will be responsible for :
- Designing and delivering lectures in nursing and related subjects.
- Developing curriculum, preparing lesson plans, and creating teaching materials.
- Assessing student performance, conducting evaluations, and providing academic support.
- Mentoring and guiding students in both academic and clinical aspects.
- Collaborating with fellow faculty members to maintain academic standards.
- Staying updated with the latest trends, advancements, and best practices in nursing education.
