Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Study Abroad Admission Counselor based in Navi Mumbai. The Study Abroad Admission Counselor will be responsible for guiding students on international study opportunities, understanding their educational goals, and helping them choose the appropriate programs. Daily tasks will include providing admission and visa process counseling, meeting with prospective students, and handling inquiries via phone or in-person. The role will also require maintaining records of student documentation and assisting with application submissions.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills to effectively engage with students and families
• Customer Service experience to provide top-notch assistance throughout the admission and visa process
• Sales skills to promote educational services and enroll prospective students
• Understanding of the Education sector is advantageous, including familiarity with study abroad programs
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is desirable
