We are looking for passionate and results-driven Study Abroad Counsellors (L1 – Pre-Sales) to guide students in fulfilling their international education aspirations. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a consultative sales approach, and a genuine interest in helping students make informed academic decisions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Engage with students to understand their academic and career goals, and guide them on suitable Study Abroad options.
- Assist students throughout the application journey—university shortlisting, documentation, application submission, and visa guidance.
- Provide detailed information on universities, programs, scholarships, and financial planning.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with students to ensure smooth progression through the counselling and application process.
- Collaborate with internal teams to maximize lead conversion and drive enrolments.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and conversions on CRM platforms.
