Job Requirement : Planning Manager / Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager for large-scale tunnel projects.

Role & Responsibilities :

• Prepare and monitor project planning, scheduling, and progress reports for tunnel construction projects.
• Develop and maintain baseline programs and update them based on project progress.
• Handle project billing activities, including client billing and subcontractor billing, in line with project milestones.
• Perform material reconciliation and manage BOQs to ensure cost and quantity accuracy.
• Coordinate with project teams for progress tracking, delay analysis, and Extension of Time (EOT) claims.
• Prepare and analyze impact programs and progress curves using Primavera P6 or MSP.
• Support management in project forecasting, resource allocation, and productivity tracking.
• Prepare detailed reports using macros in MS Excel for project performance and billing status.

Preferred Candidate Required : 7-12 Years in Infrastructure / Tunnel Projects.

Education : Bachelors or Masters degree in Civil Engineering.
