Job Overview :

We are looking for skilled MEP BIM Modelers with hands-on experience in Revit MEP to join our growing design team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing systems, along with the ability to create accurate and coordinated BIM models for complex projects.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and prepare detailed MEP designs and BIM models using Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and related tools.
• Create accurate layouts for HVAC ducting, electrical distribution, lighting, plumbing, and drainage systems.
• Support in performing HVAC load calculations, electrical load schedules, and plumbing design layouts.
• Coordinate with other disciplines (Architectural, Structural, Civil) to ensure clash-free and well-integrated designs.
• Assist in design documentation, quantity take-offs, and project deliverables.
• Use Navisworks Manage for model review, clash detection, and coordination.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and client requirements.
• Work closely with project engineers and team members to meet project timelines.
