▷ (15h Left) BIM Arch & MEP Modelers and Coordinators

Role Description :

This is a full-time on-site role for a BIM ARCH & MEP Modelers and BIM Coordinators at BCE located in Chennai. The Modeler will be responsible for creating Building Information Models, architectural modeling, mechanical electrical and plumbing (MEP) modeling, and generating construction drawings.

Qualifications

• Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Architecture skills
• Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) modeling skills
• Experience in creating construction drawings
• Proficiency in software tools like Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks
• Knowledge of construction processes and building codes
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field
• Schedule : Day Shift
• Supplemental Pay : Overtime Pay
• 2-10 years of experience in BIM Arch & MEP Modelers and Coordinators
• Must be located in commutable distance to Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
