Power BI Architect

Job descriptionDesign and architect end-to-end BI solutions using Power BI and Power Platform tools. Develop data models, complex DAX calculations, and visualizations in Power BI. Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions. Build and manage data pipelines using SQL , ensuring high performance and data integrity. Integrate and automate workflows using Power Automate . Develop low-code / no-code apps using PowerApps for internal business use cases. Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with enterprise standards. Mentor and guide junior developers on Power BI best practices. Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business users to ensure optimal solution delivery. 8+ years of experience in BI and analytics, with at least 4 years in Power BI development and architecture. Strong hands-on experience with SQL for data extraction, transformation, and modeling. Expertise in building complex Power BI reports and dashboards with DAX and Power Query. Proficiency with PowerApps and Power Automate for app creation and process automation. Understanding of data warehousing concepts, data modeling, and ETL frameworks. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Microsoft Certified : Power BI / Data Analyst Associate or Power Platform certifications. Experience with Azure Data Services (e.g., Azure SQL, Synapse, Data Factory) is a plus. Prior experience in Agile environments.
