Creative Design Lead

Role Overview

The Head of Design will lead the visual storytelling and design direction for MARS Cosmetics across all brand touchpoints. This role blends strategy, aesthetics, and leadership — ensuring every campaign, packaging, and digital experience reflects our bold, inclusive brand identity.

You’ll manage a team of designers and collaborate with marketing, product, and e-commerce teams to craft impactful visuals that resonate with our customers.
