Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Trainer to design and deliver effective training programs across multiple ServiceNow modules. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise with the ServiceNow platform, strong communication skills, and the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse learners.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct structured training sessions on ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, ITBM, CMDB, and related areas.
• Design and develop engaging training materials, including presentations, hands-on labs, and assessments.
• Deliver both theoretical and practical training using live ServiceNow instances.
• Evaluate participant performance and provide actionable feedback.
• Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow releases, functionalities, and best practices.
• Support learners in ServiceNow certification preparation (CSA, CIS, CAD, etc.).
• Collaborate with internal teams to tailor training content based on business requirements.
