Strong understanding of US hiring models. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office, job boards, and ATS tools. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Work Hours : 7 : 30 PM – 4 : 30 AM IST Location : Onsite – Sector 62, Noida

We’re hiring a Technical Recruiter with 1–3 years of US staffing experience, preferably from a Direct Client background . If you’ve worked with direct clients or MSPs and are passionate about connecting top talent with leading US firms .
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the complete recruitment life cycle for legal and compliance-related roles — sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and placement.
- Collaborate with direct clients or top MSPs to understand job requirements and deliver the best talent.
- Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, and referrals.
- Schedule interviews, coordinate feedback, and manage client–candidate communication.
- Negotiate compensation and assist in the onboarding process.
- Maintain accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and prepare recruitment reports.
