Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Associate Director Inside Sales to lead and optimize our inside sales operations. The ideal candidate is a data-driven leader with a proven ability to drive performance, improve processes, and scale high-velocity sales teams. You will be responsible for building a robust inside sales engine that aligns closely with organizational revenue targets and growth ambitions.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Define and execute the inside sales strategy to achieve and exceed revenue goals across regions and customer segments.
- Develop sales playbooks, performance benchmarks, and best practices for the team.
Team Leadership & Performance
Lead, coach, and scale a team of inside sales managers and executives.Set clear KPIs, drive accountability, and foster a high-performance culture.Implement training and incentive programs to continuously improve sales effectiveness.Operational Excellence
Oversee daily inside sales operations, ensuring alignment with company goals and go-to-market strategy.Drive continuous improvements in conversion rates, response times, and lead quality.Data & Metrics Ownership
Monitor and manage both input metrics (lead handling, follow-ups, turnaround times) and output metrics (conversion rates, revenue, average ticket size, customer satisfaction).Leverage data analytics, CRM tools, and dashboards to ensure predictable Work closely with Marketing, Product, Field Sales, and Operations to deliver a seamless customer journey from lead generation to installation.Required Qualifications
7 - 15 years of experience in inside sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.Proven success in managing high-velocity, B2C inside sales operations at scale.Strong analytical skills with hands-on expertise in CRM and sales analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce, Freshsales, Zoho).Demonstrated ability to design and scale sales playbooks, training modules, and incentive structures.Excellent communication, people management, and stakeholder management skills.Prior experience in clean-tech, edtech, insurance, home improvement, used vehicles, or high-growth startups is strongly preferred.What We Offer
