Responsibilities
- Promote and sell medical devices to end customers (B2C) remotely
- Converting inbound and outbound leads
- Communicates with customers on a regular basis to sell one product or multiple services via phone calls.
- Responsible for converting provided leads, assessing needs and persistent follow-ups with the clients to maximise the benefits.
- Ability to learn about medical devices and promote advisory to the customers.
- Implement market development strategies and changes as needed. Maintaining daily sales data in the database and generating accurate reports.
- Build market position by developing healthy client relationships, generating new requirements and upselling / cross-selling of the products / services.
Requirements and skills
Graduate or Postgraduate0-2 years of experience in salesField of study : Biomedical / Biotechnology / Microbiology / B.Pharma / M. Pharma / B.Sc or Msc (Any Biology Field)Ability to work unsupervised with high level of productivityExcellent communication skills in English and HindiShow more
