About the Role :

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Engineering Manager to lead our Technology & Product teams and drive platform engineering for our next-generation AI-powered SaaS and mobile platforms. This role is perfect for a technically deep, product-focused leader who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

You will be responsible for delivering secure, scalable, and high-performing systems while guiding a talented team of engineers through innovation, agility, and execution excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

Technical Leadership & Architecture :

Drive end-to-end system design for distributed SaaS platforms.
Architect and implement robust, secure, and modular microservices.
Lead integration of AI / ML components and third-party services.
Oversee cloud infrastructure (AWS / GCP) and DevOps pipelines.

Product Execution :

Partner with Product, Design, and Business teams to define and deliver scalable solutions.

Manage end-to-end delivery lifecycle : sprint planning, development, release.

Lead tech transformation projects including legacy migration (e.g., PHP to Node.js).

Ensure system reliability through structured monitoring and incident resolution.

Team Leadership & Culture :

Lead, mentor, and retain high-performing engineering and product teams.

Conduct regular 1 : 1s, performance reviews, and career development planning.

Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and learning.

Partner with hiring teams to scale effectively while maintaining quality.

Strategic Initiatives & Innovation :

Collaborate with leadership to align platform roadmap with business goals.

Evaluate emerging technologies for practical adoption.

Drive strategic technology initiatives, including digital transformation and AI-first product capabilities.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

B.Tech / M.Tech in Computer Science or related field.

7-10 years of experience in software engineering, including experience in team leadership.

Proven track record in building and scaling SaaS or B2B platforms.

Strong full-stack development background (Node.js, Java Spring Boot, React.js).

Proficient in cloud architecture and services (AWS / GCP), CI / CD pipelines, and system design.

Experience working in agile, cross-functional environments.

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience in start-up's or high-growth product environments.

Exposure to AI / ML integrations, GenAI tools, or chatbot platforms.

Certifications in Agile, Scrum, or cloud (AWS / GCP).
