Manage full-cycle recruitment for retail and corporate roles.

Partner with business teams to plan and meet hiring targets.

Source top talent using job portals, social media, and headhunting.

Ensure a strong candidate experience and cultural fit.

Requirements :

Minimum 8 years’ experience in talent acquisition (retail + corporate).

MBA / PGDBM in HR or equivalent.

Skilled in LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, ATS tools .

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
