NetAnalytiks - Senior BeyondTrust Developer - Privileged Access Management

We are seeking an experienced Senior BeyondTrust Developer to design, develop, and enhance BeyondTrust Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing custom integrations, automations, and workflows within the BeyondTrust platform to secure privileged accounts, strengthen identity security, and support enterprise-scale PAM initiatives.

This role requires strong technical expertise in BeyondTrust components, API development, and scripting, along with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional security, infrastructure, and application teams.

Key Responsibilities Development & Implementation :

• Design, configure, and implement BeyondTrust Password Safe, Privilege Management for Windows / Mac, and Remote Support solutions.
• Develop custom connectors, scripts, and workflows for privileged account onboarding, rotation, and session management.
• Enhance platform functionality by leveraging BeyondTrust REST APIs, SDKs, and automation & Automation :
• Integrate BeyondTrust solutions with Active Directory, Azure AD, LDAP, SIEM, IAM, MFA, ITSM, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Develop automation scripts using PowerShell, Python, or .NET to streamline operations and reduce manual interventions.
• Support secrets management and privileged access integrations for DevOps and CI / CD & Compliance :
• Ensure BeyondTrust implementation meets regulatory, audit, and compliance requirements (SOX, PCI-DSS, HIPAA, GDPR, ISO 27001, NIST).
• Conduct regular reviews of privileged access policies, controls, and logs to mitigate risks.
• Develop and maintain compliance reports and dashboards for security & Continuous Improvement :
• Provide L3 support for BeyondTrust-related incidents and troubleshoot issues across environments.
• Monitor system performance, scalability, and availability; recommend improvements.
• Stay updated on the latest BeyondTrust product features and cybersecurity & Leadership :
• Partner with architects, security engineers, and business stakeholders to capture requirements.
• Guide junior developers and administrators in PAM development best practices.
• Contribute to PAM roadmap planning and continuous security Skills & Qualifications :
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related discipline.
• 6 to 10 years of IT security experience with minimum 4 years in BeyondTrust PAM Hands-on experience with BeyondTrust Password Safe, Endpoint Privilege Management, and Remote Support.
• Strong expertise in REST APIs, scripting (PowerShell, Python, or .NET), and automation frameworks.
• Familiarity with directory services (AD / LDAP), cloud IAM (Azure AD, AWS IAM), SIEM, and MFA solutions.
• Solid understanding of Privileged Access Management (PAM), Identity Governance, and Zero Trust security models.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving Qualifications :
• BeyondTrust Certified Implementation Engineer (BT-CIE) or equivalent certification.
• Experience with other PAM solutions (CyberArk, Thycotic, HashiCorp Vault).
• Exposure to DevSecOps practices, containerized environments (Kubernetes, Docker), and API-based integrations.
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA, SOX, PCI-DSS)
