Role Overview
Responsible for overseeing all front office operations, ensuring smooth guest service, efficient coordination during weddings and group stays, and maintaining high service standards at a 17-room midscale boutique hotel focused on weddings.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Experience & Operations
- Manage daily front desk functions : check-in / out, billing, and guest feedback.
- Ensure seamless experience for wedding guests and large group arrivals.
- Address guest concerns promptly and courteously.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and F&B teams for flawless operations.
Reservations & Coordination
Handle bookings via OTA, website, and direct calls.Work closely with the sales and events team for wedding room blocks.Update room inventory and pricing across channels.Manage pre-arrival communication and special requests.Team Management
Supervise and train front office and bell staff.Prepare duty rosters and conduct daily briefings.Motivate team for upselling and guest engagement.Financial & Reporting
Monitor cash handling, billing accuracy, and night audits.Generate daily occupancy and revenue reports.Assist in forecasting and room rate planning.Guest Relations & Brand Standards
Build strong relationships with repeat and wedding guests.Maintain lobby ambiance and guest service standards.Ensure special amenities and welcome setups for events.Requirements
Graduate / Diploma in Hospitality Management.3–5 years of experience in front office roles at boutique or midscale hotels.Proficiency with PMS and OTA platforms.Strong communication and coordination skills.Ability to perform under high-traffic event operations.Skills Required
