Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Interior Sales Executive located in Bengaluru. The individual in this role will be responsible for engaging with clients to understand their interior design needs, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales. Day-to-day tasks include meeting sales targets, offering product recommendations, and overseeing the execution of design projects. Additionally, this role involves training new team members and managing various sales processes.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven Sales experience and aptitude
• Sales Management capabilities
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Experience in interior design or related industries is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field
• Immediate Joiners Preffered.
• Strictly with 1-3 Years of Work Experience with Home Interiors Background.
• Cold calling experience.
