️ Responsibilities
Generate demand
by actively pitching our AdTech platform to domestic & international advertisers, securing budgets, and driving revenue growth.
Hunt & acquire new clients
through direct outreach, networking, and leveraging industry connections.
Own the full sales cycle : lead generation, pitching, negotiations, contract closure, onboarding, and post-sale relationship management.
Position our
advertising channel as a strategic solution
for performance marketing goals (UA, retention, ROI).
Collaborate with internal teams to
customize offerings and ensure smooth campaign execution
for clients.
Build and nurture
long-term partnerships , identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities to grow client accounts.
Represent the company at
industry events, conferences, and partner meetings
to expand visibility and pipeline.
Requirements
4+ years of sales & demand generation experience
in AdTech, performance marketing, or media sales.
Proven track record of
closing B2B deals with advertisers
and achieving / exceeding revenue targets.
Strong understanding of
performance marketing, affiliate ecosystems, rewarded / incent traffic, and mobile UA .
Hands-on exposure to attribution tools ( Appsflyer, Adjust, Kochava, etc. ) and campaign KPIs.
Excellent
communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
with ability to influence decision-makers.
The existing
network of international advertiser connections
is a strong plus.
