Job Summary :
- The purpose of this role is to Manage Insurance Program with Tele sales Partner and generate revenue through Insurance sell to our existing customer
- This job requires a self-motivated individual with strong skill in Insurance sales & Training in Telesales , BPO sales , campaign management and Team building and management.
Specific Responsibilities :
Define and Design Policies and Processes for Insurance Cross-sell for all products line e.g. Life, Health and Motor Insurance.Achieve the Planed business and agents productivity .Preparing MIS and PPT for reviewsDesigning and roll out of contests and incentive schemes along with partners Run various renewal campaigns and R&R programs at local and PAN India level to drive collections on regular intervals with partners and all verticalsCoordinating with Analytics to identify high propensity to buy customers / segment.Establish collaborative relationship with all the Insurance partner and cross-functional team .Train the Agents to get the desired productivity.Qualifications : Min 5 Year of Experience in Insurance Tele sales field with MBA from premier institute.
Specific Experience :
Overall - 5 to 10 years of experience in Insurance sales through Call Center or Video Banking.Must be able to manage the floor to generate better call and business productivity .Have Black Belt Six Sigma ExperienceStrong customer service background Essential Sound knowledge of the practical application of a sales departmentFunctional Competencies :
Advance Excel with VB and Macros.Must have experience in Call center Management, Expertise in Dialer & CRM Management,Must have worked on digitalisation of ProcessBehavioral Competencies :
