Vice President - Finance - Real Estate Startup

We are urgently hiring for the position of VP- Finance for one of our Real Estate (Start-Up) client in Jaipur.

Position Details :

Company : Real Estate Business ( The familys net worth is approximately - 500 Cr.)

Position : VP- Finance

Location : Jaipur

Experience : Around 10-20 years of experience in Financial Planning, Corporate Strategy, Financial Regulations, Compliances in a mid size Organization (Preferbly from Infra, Real Estate, Project, Civil, EPC, Construction industries.)

Qualification : for a qualified professional (CA) to work closely with the Promoters and senior management on strategy and new projects. The candidate is expected to lead and manage the team involved in day-to-day financial, operational, and compliance functions across the Group. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in leading and guiding business execution, streamlining operations, and enabling strategic Oversee finance (including accounting), taxation, compliance, and periodic financial reporting / MIS.

• Guide the team to ensure timely execution of day-to-day affairs.
• Lead new projects / ventures and track critical path for existing projects and update Promoters.
• Identifying gaps in existing processes and suggesting appropriate solutions / liaising with external advisors to ensure process improvements
• Handle statutory filings, documentation, vendor payments, and budgeting.
• Support routine business operations and help management in decision-making.
• Coordinate across real estate and financial teams for seamless functioning.
