UI / UX Experience Designer

As an Experience Designer, you will play a key role in designing intuitive, engaging digital products that meet our users' needs. You have 2-4+ years of experience in UX / UI design, a passion for user-centered design principles, and a strong portfolio showcasing your design work. As a UI / UX Designer, you will play a critical role in shaping the user experience and interface design of our digital products used by 10 million+ users . You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver intuitive, user-centered designs that enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct user research to understand target audiences, their behaviors, pain points, and needs. This includes user interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
• Create low-fidelity wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes to visualize ideas and test design concepts using AI tools.
• Develop intuitive and engaging user interfaces that align with user needs and business goals, ensuring consistency in design across the product.
• Design appealing and functional UI elements (e.g., buttons, icons, menus) with a strong sense of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and other designers, to ensure design quality and consistency throughout the project lifecycle.
• Plan and conduct usability tests, analyze feedback, and iterate designs to improve the user experience.
• Contribute to or maintain design systems, ensuring cohesive branding, UI consistency, and efficient scaling of design across multiple platforms.
• Ensure designs are responsive and adaptable across different devices and screen sizes (mobile, tablet, desktop).
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in UX / UI design.
