Manager - Accounts cum Finance

We are seeking an experienced Manager – Accounts cum Finance to oversee the accounting and financial operations of the organization. The role requires managing accounts, taxation, and compliance, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounting operations using Tally ERP.
• Maintain books of accounts and ensure accurate financial records.
• Handle VAT, Service Tax, and other statutory compliance.
• Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets.
• Monitor cash flow, receivables, and payables.
• Coordinate with auditors and ensure timely completion of audits.
• Provide financial insights to support business decisions.
• Supervise and mentor junior accounts staff.
