We are seeking an experienced Finance & Accounts - Assistant Manager to join our team. This role involves assisting in various financial functions, including reporting, budgeting, and compliance, while ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports for management.
- Assist in the management of cash flow and working capital.
- Support the audit process by providing necessary documentation and information.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and analysis.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.4-6 years of experience in finance and accounting roles.Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP).Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Skills Required
