Role & responsibilities
- Work directly with the Founding Team to build the Institutional B2B vertical
- Manage all existing key relationships
- Drive outbound efforts to identify and onboard new B2B partners across the BFSI space (banks, wealth managers, insurers, NBFCs, IFAs).
- Build strong, long-term relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Pitch WillJini's Estate Planning and Inheritance solutions to potential partners and help them integrate our offerings into their client engagement models.
- Collaborate with internal teams on new partnership initiatives, pilots, and co-branded campaigns.
- Track and report on pipeline, conversions, and revenue contribution from partnerships.
Preferred candidate profile
3-5 years experience in BFSI (banks, insurance, wealth management, or fintech).Strong understanding of financial products and distribution channels.Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage senior stakeholders.Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with ability to execute outbound business development.Comfort working in a growth-stage, dynamic environment.Skills Required
