SERM Assistant Manager
We are looking for a SERM Assistant Manager to support and optimize review management processes.
Responsibilities :
Oversee posting tasks on review platforms.
Ensure quality and timely delivery from international specialists.
Communicate on day-to-day operational issues.
Maintain and update the department’s database.
Ensure compliance with internal standards and workflows.
Requirements :
English C1 (written & spoken).
Advanced Google Workspace / Excel / Sheets skills.
Task management and team coordination experience.
Basic analytical and technical skills (VPNs, browser extensions, etc.).
Experience with review / content platforms.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Management, or related fields.
1+ years of relevant experience.
Working conditions :
Part-time, 5 / 2(13-15hours per week).
GMT +5 : 30.
3-month probation period.
