Role Overview :

We are looking for dynamic, driven, and well-connected professional for Network Sales role across regional and national markets. The role will be focus on storytelling-led selling, strategic relationships, and performance delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

• Drive advertising revenue growth across Republic Bangla.
• Own end-to-end sales cycles – prospecting, pitching, negotiating, closing, and servicing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media agencies, planners, and direct clients across industries.
• Translate brands need innovative and contextual storytelling-led solutions leveraging the strength of the Republic network.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor offerings to position the network as the preferred media partner.
• Work cross-functionally with Content, Editorial, Branded Content, Research, and Traffic teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Deliver against monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Represent Republic Media Network at industry events, meetings, and forums
• Look after corporate sales retail sales.
