Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth in India.
- Build and nurture C-level relationships with key decision-makers.
- Identify and close new business opportunities, leveraging Sandhata s proven success stories.
- Lead propositions with delivery and pre-sales teams to position Sandhata s solutions effectively.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive client engagement.
Experience Required
10+ years of enterprise IT sales experience , preferably in DevOps, Cloud, Integration, or Digital Transformation services. Strong ability to articulate the business value of solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Skilled in sales strategy , pipeline creation & management, forecasting, and driving sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.Proven track record of closing high-value deals in banking, telecom, or large enterprises.Experience in building and managing client relationships at C-level (CIOs, IT Directors, Procurement Heads).Strong understanding of India as we'll as experience of the Middle East and APAC s IT services market, industry trends, and competitor landscape.Expertise in consultative selling , understanding client pain points and aligning solutions accordingly.Ability to qualify, structure, present and close complex enterprise deals, including RFP responses and multi-year engagements.Experience in leading and mentoring sales teams , setting targets, providing guidance, and driving a high-performance sales culture.Experience working with Zoho CRM is desirable.Skills Required
