Job description

Job Summary :

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Professional to join our team, specializing in Switchgear and related electrical products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving assigned sales targets within a designated geographical area and customer segment. This role demands a strong technical understanding of Switchgear products, along with excellent relationship-building skills to engage with builders, architects, and contractors. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving business growth through both new and existing customer channels.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Sales Target Achievement :
  • Meet and exceed the assigned sales targets consistently by focusing on the allocated territory and customer segments. Plan and execute sales strategies that align with company objectives and market demand.
  • Product Expertise :
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and understanding of Switchgear products, including Control Gear, Air Circuit Breakers (ACB), Residual Current Breakers (RCB), and Residual Current Circuit Breakers (RCCB). Stay updated with the latest industry trends, product developments, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Customer Engagement :
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders such as builders, architects, and contractors. Understand their specific needs and provide tailored solutions that maximize customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Market Expansion and Business Development :
  • Identify potential business opportunities within the assigned territory. Work towards expanding the customer base by proactively engaging new clients while strengthening relationships with existing customers to boost repeat business and referrals.
  • Sales Reporting and Coordination :
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback for management. Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, product development, and logistics to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
  • Customer Support and After-Sales Service :
  • Provide technical support and after-sales service to customers, ensuring their concerns are addressed promptly and efficiently, enhancing long-term partnerships.
