Job Title : Senior Affiliate Manager

Location : Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage all relationships with coupon sites, cashback publishers, deal aggregators, and voucher platforms
  • Plan and execute monthly and seasonal campaigns in collaboration with partners to maximize visibility and sales
  • Negotiate premium placements (homepage banners, newsletter inclusions, hero listings) to improve ROI and conversion rates
  • Monitor daily performance metrics : CTR, CVR, AOV, CAC, and ensure campaign profitability
  • Coordinate with internal teams (design, tech, content) to deliver creative assets and promo codes to partners on time
  • Track and analyze performance across platforms like Trackier, Affise, Impact, or similar and make data-driven optimizations
  • Monitor for coupon misuse, code leakage, or fraudulent activity, and ensure brand-safe promotion practices
  • Benchmark competitors’ coupon strategies and stay ahead of seasonal trends in discount marketing
  • Suggest new affiliate tools, networks, and integrations to improve scale and efficiency

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in affiliate marketing, with deep focus on coupon-led performance campaigns
  • Established relationships with top coupon publishers across UAE, India, KSA, or other relevant markets
  • Familiarity with tracking platforms like Trackier, Impact, Affise, etc.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills in Excel / Google Sheets, GA, or custom dashboards
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills to manage publisher relationships
  • Ability to manage budgets, commission models, and deliver on ROI / KPI targets
  • Nice to Have

  • Experience in e-commerce, fintech, or travel affiliate programs
  • Knowledge of tiered commission models, limited-time offers, and flash deal strategies
  • Exposure to mobile performance campaigns (especially app installs driven via coupon codes)
