Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) / Chief Operating Officer (COO)
to architect and accelerate the company’s revenue growth across broadcast, digital, and emerging media platforms. This is a
board-track leadership role
with direct accountability for revenue generation, partnerships, and business transformation.
What You’ll Do
Drive Market Leadership :
Lead Republic’s revenue strategy across broadcast, digital, branded content, IPs platforms, ensuring continued dominance in Indian news media.
Expand Revenue Verticals :
Unlock and scale new business categories including
real estate, education, healthcare, and defense
while strengthening existing verticals.
Strategic Partnerships & Government Sales :
Forge deep partnerships with brands, agencies, government bodies, and PSUs, delivering high-impact solutions and branded content initiatives.
Cross-Platform Monetization :
Build and implement monetization strategies for Republic’s properties, network sales, IPs, digital inventory, and branded content.
Financial Leadership :
Own
P&L responsibility —revenue, gross margin, and contribution margin—while driving forecasting and sustainable growth.
Cross-Functional Collaboration :
Work closely with
finance, HR, editorial, sales, and distribution
to unlock new monetization opportunities and strategic bets.
Customer Success & Retention :
Strengthen advertiser lifetime value through ROI-driven campaigns, data analytics, and repeatable, scalable sales & marketing initiatives.
Culture & Team Leadership :
Build, mentor, and scale a
high-performance revenue organization , cultivating a culture of ownership, agility, and employee happiness.
What We’re Looking For
Experience :
15–18 years in revenue leadership with at least 10 years managing P&L in media, advertising, or digital-first businesses.
Proven Success :
Demonstrated track record of driving multi-million-dollar partnerships with top Indian and global brands.
Ecosystem Expertise :
Deep understanding of India’s advertising landscape across BFSI, FMCG, e-commerce, consumer durables, tech, and government sectors.
Hybrid Mindset : Equally adept at
strategy, media economics, and execution.
Analytical Edge :
Strong grasp of advertising ROI, audience monetization, and unit economics.
Leadership Style :
Inspirational, with the ability to build and lead
high-performance sales, partnerships, and customer success teams.
