    disrupting the underutilized Indian real estate market. We transform distressed or underperforming real estate assets into high-yield, professionally managed hospitality and lifestyle brands.

    With a vision to build a multi-vertical, pan-India sustainable ecosystem (Short-term, Mid-term / Co-living, Urban Farming, Co-working, etc), we replace the traditional fixed-rent model with a

    The Opportunity

    This is an offer for a

    Founding Partnership

    to serve as the company's second pillar, driving the strategic vision, commercial execution, and technological integration necessary for hyper-scale.

    As Co-Founder & CRO, you will not only be responsible for revenue but for creating the

    scalable playbook

    that defines Aurovil's expansion across India.

    Core Responsibilities & Ownership

    I. Strategic Growth & Revenue Generation

  • Scaling Blueprint :
  • Architect and implement the

    Pan-India Scaling Strategy

    , targeting new properties across multiple states in Year 1.

  • Commercial Leadership :
  • Own the entire revenue pipeline, from defining market entry to signing high-value, long-term revenue-share contracts with developers, institutional partners, and corporate brands.

  • Financial Mandate :
  • Drive the top-line revenue, with a specific target of

    INR 1-3 Cr. ARR

    in the next 2 years.

    II. Product & Technological Integration

  • Tech Roadmap :
  • Define the product vision and business requirements for the proprietary platform (MVP), ensuring core features like dynamic pricing, asset management, and unified sales / CRM sync are built to scale.

  • Operational Excellence :
  • Integrate technology to create a self-sustaining operational flow, converting tech efficiency into superior owner returns and a high-margin business for Aurovil.

    III.

    Team Leadership & Culture (Founding Pillar)

  • Talent Acquisition :
  • Own the strategy for recruiting, vetting, and onboarding key early hires.

    Establish and champion Aurovil's founding culture, emphasizing

    accountability, transparency, environmental stewardship, and empathy

    across all teams.

  • Mentorship & Development :
  • Provide direct mentorship to functional leaders, fostering a high-performance, supportive, and continuous-learning environment to sustain aggressive scaling goals.

    IV. Financial & Team Alignment

  • Founding Investment :
  • The required investment demonstrates deep commitment and secures your significant equity stake, providing crucial working capital for immediate operational expenses and MVP development.

  • Fundraising :
  • Partner directly with the CEO on all future fundraising rounds, leveraging the achieved scale and data-driven insights.

    Candidate Profile : The Ideal Partner

    We seek an exceptional leader who thrives in a high-accountability environment.

  • Experience :
  • 8+ years of progressive experience, including significant leadership roles in

    PropTech, Travel, or similar B2B companies

  • Skills :
  • Demonstrated expertise in

    P&L ownership, institutional business development, and scaling decentralized operations

  • . Must be an aggressive yet strategic dealmaker.
  • Mindset :
  • A clear focus and hands-on approach. Passionate about building a global-scale business while adhering to sustainable, ESG-aligned development principles.

  • Commitment :
  • Willingness to relocate to or spend significant time in Pilot launch zones. The requisite financial commitment (INR 15L) is non-negotiable for securing this founding role and its associated equity.
