Key Responsibilities :
Marketing :
Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and lead generation.Manage social media platforms, website content, email campaigns, and digital ads.Organize promotional events, webinars, and trade shows to engage prospects.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to refine marketing tactics.Collaborate with the content and design team to develop marketing materials and campaigns.Sales :
Follow up on marketing-generated leads and convert them into sales opportunities.Conduct client meetings, demos, and presentations to pitch products / services.Build and manage a sales pipeline from prospecting to closing.Negotiate contracts, pricing, and close deals to achieve sales targets.Maintain relationships with existing clients and upsell where possible.Key Requirement :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.0-3 years of experience in a sales / marketing role (or relevant internship).Strong verbal and written communication skills.Proven ability to meet and exceed revenue targets.Knowledge of CRM tools, digital marketing platforms, and lead conversion strategies.
