Globolosys Fashion is a fast-growing apparel manufacturer , delivering top-quality, trend-driven fashion for global brands. We specialize in design innovation, fast production cycles, and high-quality manufacturing .

Key Responsibilities :

Identify, approach, and onboard new B2B clients in international markets (US, Europe, Middle East, etc.)

Develop and manage long-term relationships with buyers, distributors, and wholesale partners.

Work closely with internal teams (design, production, logistics) to ensure client requirements are met.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.

Attend industry trade shows (online or in person), virtual meetings, and client pitches.

Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and follow-up communication.

Track sales targets, pipelines, and generate regular reports using CRM tools.

Coordinate with marketing to align sales strategies and promotional activities.

Preferred Qualifications :

MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development (or pursuing MBA for intern role)

Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion, or related field (for intern / junior executive roles)

0-2 years of experience in B2B international sales (internships or entry-level accepted)

Prior exposure to the fashion / textile / apparel industry is a strong advantage

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools , and email marketing tools
