Assistant Cost Manager Cost Manager (Pre-contracts) Bangalore

Main Purpose and Key Responsibilities :

Support the Sr. Manager / Area Manager in :

• Assessing efforts and providing quantifications support.
• Exposure to international projects.
• Preparing quantity estimates using various measurement modes (e.g. SMM7 POMI NRM).
• Conducting rate analysis quantity verification and certification.
• Performing quantity takeoff from different design stage drawings using Cost X software.
