About the Role
We’re looking for an Oracle Fusion Functional Consultant – SCM who can bring both expertise and innovation to our Oracle Cloud projects. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving real business challenges, optimizing processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver meaningful impact. You’ll be responsible for designing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM modules to help streamline supply chain operations for global clients.

What You’ll Do
1. Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM modules, specifically focusing on Costing, Planning, and Logistics.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Oracle Cloud solutions.
3. Provide deep functional expertise across SCM modules such as Costing, Supply Chain Planning, Inventory, Logistics, and Procurement.
4. Identify and recommend process improvements, driving optimization and efficiency within Oracle Cloud SCM.
Manage implementation lifecycles, including requirement gathering, solution design, testing, user training, and post-go-live support.
5. Partner with technical teams to ensure seamless integrations, custom reports, and system enhancements.
6. Stay informed about Oracle Cloud quarterly releases, ensuring alignment with best practices and introducing innovative improvements.
What We’re Looking For
1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
2. 5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM implementation and support.
3. Proven experience in at least 3–4 full-cycle Oracle SCM implementations.
4. Strong functional knowledge of Costing, Planning, and Logistics modules, along with exposure to other SCM areas such as Procurement and Inventory.
5. Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, with the ability to align business and technology objectives effectively.
6. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
7. Proven ability to collaborate in a dynamic, global environment and deliver under tight timelines.
Bonus Points If You Have
1. Oracle SCM Cloud certification(s).
2. Experience supporting multi-module or multi-country implementations.
3. Exposure to automation or test platforms (Opkey, Selenium, etc.).
