Functional Consultant - SAP CS Module

We are looking for an experienced SAP Customer Service (CS) Functional Consultant to support end-to-end implementation and optimization of SAP CS modules. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of after-sales service processes and integration with modules such as PP, SD, MM, and Responsibilities :

• Analyze business requirements and design SAP CS solutions aligned with best practices in SAP S / 4 HANA.
• Configure SAP CS modules, including service orders, contracts, notifications, and warranties.
• Collaborate with technical teams and cross-functional stakeholders for system integration.
• Conduct system testing, training, and provide go-live and post-go-live support.
• Troubleshoot issues and continuously improve CS :
• 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in SAP CS implementations in S / 4 HANA and support.
• Strong knowledge of service management, repairs, and installed base management.
• Experience integrating SAP CS with SD, PP, MM, and PM modules.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• SAP certification in CS or related modules is a plus.
