Description

• Ensure and maintain high standards of cleanliness at the site.
• Follow the instructions and assignments from the Mall Manager
• Strictly ensure and follow instructions from the Manager in using the appropriate cleaning chemicals.
• Ensure all staff wears appropriate uniforms and safety gear and adhere to the prescribed safety standards as per the norms.
• Ensure proper display of signage by housemen.
• Maintain discipline and quality of work of the housemen.
• Ensure no pilferage and wastage of material due to negligence.
• Fully assist the Mall Manager for data relating to day-to-day work, development in systems and methods used.
• Prepare and monitor daily checklists and reports on staff, equipment and material movement.
• Ensure all equipment and materials are rinsed and cleaned after every use.
• Supervisor is overall responsible for the performance of the cleaning operations at the site.
