Responsibilities

Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.1-6 years of experience in customer service or a related role, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.Strong understanding of investment products and financial markets.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Skills Required
