Description :
We are seeking a skilled UKG Kronos Workforce Central (WFC) / Workforce Management (WFM) specialist to support and optimize Kronos systems for payroll, scheduling, and workforce management.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Kronos support, pay practice configuration, and advanced scheduling builds.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide end-to-end support for Kronos Workforce Central (WFC) and Workforce Management (Dimensions).
- Configure and maintain pay practices including pay rules, accruals, work rules, and adjustment rules.
- Build, manage, and support advanced scheduling processes.
- Troubleshoot clock configurations, timekeeping issues, and system discrepancies.
- Design, develop, and maintain reports; write SQL queries as needed for data analysis.
- Configure and support Kronos Mobile and Navigator / Display profiles.
- Assist in migration projects from Kronos to Dimensions or other Time & Attendance systems.
- Support ATK build and interface design / maintenance for integrations.
- Participate in testing, upgrades, and process improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with Payroll, HR, and IT teams to ensure seamless system operation.
Required Qualifications :
2+ years of hands-on Kronos support experience (WFC or Dimensions).2+ years of pay practice builds (pay rules, accruals, work rules, adjustment rules).2+ years of advanced scheduling build and support experience.Preferred Qualifications :
Experience in report writing and SQL query development.Knowledge of clock configuration, troubleshooting, and Kronos Mobile.Experience in Navigator and Display profile builds.Exposure to Kronos Analytics or Workforce Dimensions Analytics.Experience with migration projects from Kronos to Dimensions or other T&A systems.ATK build and interface design / maintenance experience.Bhoomi experience and / or certification.Workday Payroll experience is a plus(ref : hirist.tech)
