Proposal Manager - Infrastructure

Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the Proposals, Tendering, and JV Partnerships function for large-scale government infrastructure projects. The role involves developing competitive bids, managing consortium / JV partnerships, and ensuring compliance with client, government, and multilateral requirements

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end preparation of proposals, EOIs, and tenders for infrastructure / PMC projects.
• Review RFPs / RFQs, evaluate scope, and define winning bid strategies.
• Manage JV / consortium partners including MoUs, roles / responsibilities, and compliance.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, finance, and legal teams for technical and commercial inputs.
• Conduct pricing, costing, risk analysis, and contract reviews.
• Negotiate commercial and contractual terms with clients, consultants, and JV partners.
• Track market intelligence, upcoming projects, and competitor strategies.
