This is a high-impact role for a seasoned professional with a proven track record in System Integration and IT Solutions Sales , capable of navigating complex procurement environments and influencing senior stakeholders.Key Responsibilities : Lead Enterprise Sales Strategy : Drive business development efforts across large enterprise accounts with a focus on government and PSU sectorsStakeholder Engagement : Build and nurture trusted relationships with senior bureaucrats, government officials and key decision-makers to influence buying decisionsTender & Compliance Expertise : Navigate government procurement processes, tenders, and compliance frameworks with precision and foresightPartner Ecosystem Management : Collaborate with OEMs and strategic partners to co-create winning go-to-market strategies and joint value propositionsMarket Intelligence : Provide actionable insights on market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to shape business strategyBid Management : Work closely with internal teams to craft compelling proposals, RFP responses, and bid documentation that align with client expectations and compliance normsConsultative Selling : Engage with consulting and advisory bodies to identify new opportunities and drive them to closureRole Competency : Experience : 10–12 years of total sales experience, with at least 5 years in enterprise sales targeting large accounts and PSU clientsProven Track Record : Demonstrated success in closing large, complex deals in enterprise and public sector environmentsDomain Expertise : Must have worked in a System Integration company with deep exposure to selling IT solutions to PSUsEducation : Engineering degree is required; MBA is preferredBusiness Knowledge : Strong understanding of government procurement cycles, tendering processes, and contract managementNetwork : Established relationships with senior government officials and key OEMsSkills : Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
