Job Title : Process Mining Engineer (UiPath Product)Location : RemoteEmployment Type : FulltimeAbout the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Process Mining Engineer with expertise in UiPath Process Mining to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analysing business processes, identifying inefficiencies, and driving automation opportunities using UiPath’s process mining platform. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, automation developers, and data teams to ensure measurable process improvements.Key Responsibilities- Implement and configure UiPath Process Mining solutions to analyse business processes.- Collect, cleanse, and transform large-scale data sets from ERP, CRM, and other enterprise systems for mining.- Build dashboards, process models, and KPIs to visualize process performance and bottlenecks.- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and recommend process optimization strategies.- Work closely with RPA developers and business analysts to translate mining insights into automation solutions.- Perform root cause analysis on process deviations and inefficiencies.- Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and organizational policies.- Provide training and support to business users on UiPath Process Mining capabilities. Required Skills & Qualifications- 4-6 years of experience in Process Mining or Business Process Management (BPM).- Hands-on experience with UiPath Process Mining (or Celonis, Signavio or similar process mining tools).- Strong understanding of business processes (Finance, Procurement, HR, IT, or Supply Chain).- Proficiency in SQL, ETL, and data transformation for process mining input preparation.- Ability to create dashboards, KPIs, and process maps.- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.- Knowledge of UiPath RPA platform is a plus.
