Portfolio Development team develops assessment products enable the talent assessments across organizations through subject matter expertise across domain (IT & Core Engineering), cognitive, coding, and vocational assessments.

Role Summary

Associate in Portfolio Development team plays a crucial role in delivering high quality Cognitive (Quantitative Ability, Analytical Reasoning, English Usage) and Manufacturing related field assessment content to clients for their pre-hiring requirements. This role requires continuous pursuit of improving & applying subject matter expertise. Creating and Quality Check of the question items and coordinating with the vendors for outsourced content.

Role Responsibilities

.Understanding assessment content requirement shared by clients.
.Preparation of Cognitive and Manufacturing related fields assessment instruments as per the requirement
.Constant improvement & application of subject matter expertise
.Coordinating with vendors / contractors for developing assessments
