Job descriptionExperience : 7–10+ years in developing and delivering large-scale, high-quality software solutions. Programming Expertise : Strong proficiency in at least one of Python, Java, C, C++, or JavaScript (multi-language adaptability preferred). Code Evaluation : Practical experience with test suites, designing metrics, and validating correctness, performance, and security. GenAI Exposure (Preferred) : Familiarity with LLMs, code generation, fine-tuning, and evaluation workflows. Accelerate Innovation – Contribute to shaping next-generation GenAI coding workflows. Raise the Bar – Set new quality standards for AI-generated and validated code. Impactful Role – Drive meaningful progress by solving complex, cutting-edge engineering problems. Languages : Python, Java, C, C++, JavaScript. Domain Knowledge : STEM fields, data analysis, and visualization. Tools & Tech : SQL, JSON, HTML, Markdown, web visualization frameworks, data libraries. Alternative Profiles : Candidates with strong JavaScript / JSON, HTML, and Markdown expertise for structured data handling are also welcome.

Salary range : Rs 6000000 - Rs 19000000 (ie INR 60-190 LPA)

- Code Generation & Refinement : Write, review, and optimize code to address real-world problems.
- Code Validation Frameworks : Design, build, and maintain test frameworks, automated benchmarks, and evaluation pipelines.
- Code Quality & Performance : Ensure correctness, scalability, efficiency, and reliability of both AI- and human-generated code.
- Collaboration : Partner with research, product, and engineering teams to integrate feedback and enhance overall model performance.
