Job description

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer who thrives on solving complex problems, writing clean code, and building scalable systems. You will work closely with product managers, architects, and other engineers to design, develop, and deliver high-quality software that powers critical business functions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Ensure best practices in coding standards, testing, and performance optimization.
Review code and mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and technical excellence.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues with ownership and urgency.
Contribute to architectural decisions and long-term technical strategy.

Required Skills & Experience

5–8 years of hands-on experience in software development.

Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C++, Go, or similar).

Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design principles.

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and microservices architecture.

Proficiency in relational and NoSQL databases.

Strong knowledge of CI / CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and version control systems (Git).

Excellent problem-solving skills with a track record of delivering high-quality solutions.
