Our portfolio spans a wide range of sectors, including airports, corporate offices, renewable energy, power and transmission, ports, manufacturing, and educational institutions and many more.Job Responsibilities- Ability to manage a large team. Thorough understanding of Operations & Service Delivery concepts, with a proven track record of delivering results- Strong leadership skills and ability to ensure the team understands deliverables and business requirements- Strong people management skills with the ability to set / get alignment toward a direction- Design an effective service delivery model, align systems and resources- To formulate plans / practices that enable the team to maximize their output in terms of productivity and accuracy.- Good understanding of IT Hardware & Networking products like Surveillance System, ACS, Fire Alarm Systems, Smart Cities, PA Systems, BMS, and other electronic perimeter securities.- Assessing the structure and procedures and tweaking these, where necessary to ensure that objectives are matched- Hosting regular meetings with Projects and Support team to discuss the plans and address concerns.Requirement- Proven working experience in Operations- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills with aptitude for building relationships with professionals of organizations.- Assertive and clear style of communication.Education Qualification- Qualification- BE / M.Sc. (EC) / (IT) with a Minimum 10+ years of experience in Operations- MBA / PMP certification would be preferred.
