Job Title - Technical Lead

Location : Pune & Bangalore

Educational Background : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Key Responsibilities -

Job Functions / Responsibilities :

• Represent Quality Assurance on cross-functional project team, with responsibility for quality planning including test planning and execution
• Maintain test plans and test cases so they remain up-to-date, reflecting current requirements
• Plan and test cycles (UAT, performance, integration, regression, etc.) in Agile environment
• Maintain DevOps test cases and activities
• Manage defect triage process
• Communicate directly with Development team regarding software defects and requirements
• Follow established process for defect tracking and reporting, including logging defects in a detailed and reproducible way
• Establish and maintain productive relationships with developers, project managers and other team members
• Compile and communicate test status and metrics to the project team and management
• Provide coaching on testing processes and defect reporting to team members to support test activities
• Maintain documentation on automation set up / test cases / processes
