Job Title : Aviation Professor

Location : Trichy

Department : Aviation

Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Aviation Professor to join our Aviation Department in Trichy. The ideal candidate will bring both academic excellence and real-world industry experience to train and inspire the next generation of aviation professionals.

Key Responsibilities :

Deliver engaging lectures and practical sessions in aviation operations, ground handling, safety, and related subjects.

Mentor and guide students on aviation standards, procedures, and industry best practices.

Develop and update course materials, lesson plans, and training manuals in line with industry regulations.

Conduct student assessments, evaluations, and provide constructive feedback.

Coordinate with academic and administrative teams to enhance program quality.

Participate in departmental activities, seminars, and workshops to promote aviation education.

Qualifications :

Educational Qualification : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aviation, Aeronautical Science, or related field.

Experience : Minimum 2 years of experience as Aviation Ground Staff with reputed airlines or ground handling agencies.

Strong understanding of airport operations, safety regulations, and aviation service standards.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
