Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Aviation Professor. The role is located in Tiruchirappalli. The Aviation Professor will be responsible for preparing and delivering lectures, developing curriculum materials, conducting assessments, mentoring students, and staying updated with industry trends. The professor will also coordinate with other faculty members and participate in academic meetings and events.

Qualifications

• Experience in Aviation with relevant credentials and certifications
• Master's degree in Aviation, Education, or related field is a must
• Strong knowledge in Air Hostess and Ground Staff training
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to develop and implement curriculum and training modules
• Proficiency in classroom management and student engagement
• Experience with various teaching methodologies and tools
• Ability to work collaboratively with other faculty members
• Previous teaching experience is a plus
