Job Summary :

We are looking for a highly skilled Dynamics AX professional with proven expertise in X++ development, Master Data Management (MDM), and Oracle Cloud MDM. The candidate will be responsible for driving enterprise-wide data governance, implementing robust MDM frameworks, and ensuring seamless integration of MDM with ERP, CRM, and other enterprise systems. This role demands strong technical expertise combined with the ability to collaborate with business stakeholders to enforce data quality, compliance, and process Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and customize solutions within Microsoft Dynamics AX using X++ and the AX development environment.
• Lead the design and implementation of Oracle Cloud MDM solutions for customer, product, and vendor master data domains.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize SQL Server databases, including creation of stored procedures, complex queries, and performance tuning.
• Build and manage SSRS reports and dashboards to support operational and executive decision-making.
• Establish and enforce data governance policies, workflows, and approval processes across the enterprise.
• Manage integration workflows between MDM, Dynamics AX, CRM platforms, and other business applications using ETL tools and APIs.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to define data models, data migration strategies, and data quality metrics.
• Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization for MDM and AX Skills & Experience :
• 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX development, with strong command of X++.
• In-depth understanding of MDM Strategy, Data Governance, and Oracle Cloud MDM implementation.
• Strong hands-on expertise in SQL Server (T-SQL, stored procedures, indexing, query optimization).
• Solid experience with SSRS for report creation, customization, and distribution.
• Familiarity with integration patterns (API, ETL, middleware) for enterprise applications.
• Experience in data modeling, master data migration, and data quality assurance.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and documentation Qualifications :
• Experience with Power BI or other BI / analytics tools.
• Knowledge of Azure Data Factory or other cloud-based data integration services.
• Microsoft or Oracle MDM-related certifications.
